This is Imperial Knowledge Base — our central wiki for all processes, documentation, SOPs, and guides. Think of it like Confluence, but self-hosted and integrated with Mattermost. How to Log In Go to wiki.imperialnetworkph.com Click Login with Mattermost If you are already logged into Mattermost, you will be logged in automatically If not, enter your Mattermost credentials Your Mattermost account IS your wiki account. No separate registration needed. Key Concepts Concept Description Example Shelves Top-level categories that group related books "NOC Operations", "Network Infrastructure" Books A collection of pages about one topic "BGP Configuration", "Shift Handoff Procedures" Chapters Optional sub-sections within a book "Border Routers", "Route Reflectors" Pages Individual documents with content "How to restart BGP session on VM2-INI" How to Create a Page Navigate to the book where you want to add content Click the New Page button (top right) Give it a title Write your content using the editor (works like Google Docs / Word) Click Save Page You can also use Markdown if you prefer - switch the editor in your profile settings. Tips Search - use the search bar at the top to find anything across all books and pages Attachments - you can attach files (PDFs, images, configs) to any page Revisions - every edit is tracked. You can view and restore previous versions Tags - add tags to pages for easier filtering (e.g., "mikrotik", "billing", "sop") Favorites - star pages you use often for quick access What Should Go Here?
