What is this?
This is Imperial Knowledge Base — our central wiki for all processes, documentation, SOPs, and guides. Think of it like Confluence, but self-hosted and integrated with Mattermost.
How to Log In
- Go to wiki.imperialnetworkph.com
- Click Login with Mattermost
- If you are already logged into Mattermost, you will be logged in automatically
- If not, enter your Mattermost credentials
Your Mattermost account IS your wiki account. No separate registration needed.
Key Concepts

| Chapters | Optional sub-sections within a book | "Border Routers", "Route Reflectors" |
| Pages | Individual documents with content | "How to restart BGP session on VM2-INI" |
How to Create a Page
You can also use Markdown if you prefer - switch the editor in your profile settings.
Tips
- Search - use the search bar at the top to find anything across all books and pages
- Attachments - you can attach files (PDFs, images, configs) to any page
- Revisions - every edit is tracked. You can view and restore previous versions
- Tags - add tags to pages for easier filtering (e.g., "mikrotik", "billing", "sop")
- Favorites - star pages you use often for quick access
