For all new customers, an MSA and SLA document is mandatory.

For existing customers without an active MSA and SLA document, the MSA-SLA-SOF should still be used

For existing customers who already signed an MSA and SLA previously, please just use the SOF document.

Please make sure that ALL sales people who will be sending out the contracts fully understands the clauses in it.
